Admin portal
Where Griddler Social admins check the service, help people get set up, and run the campaign banner.

The admin portal is a web page for the people who run Griddler Social. Admins use it to see how the service and the team's machines are doing, help someone whose sign-in or character is stuck, and set the campaign banner everyone sees.
Who is an admin
An admin is someone on Griddler Social's admin list. Everyone else who opens the portal sees This account is not an admin. To be added, ask an existing admin.
Open the portal
- In Griddler, Settings→Account shows an Admin row with Open admin portal ↗. The row only appears for admins.
- On the Guild Hall web page, click Steward.
Sign in with Sign in with riverlogic.com, using your River Logic account. In the header, ↩ the hall goes back to the Guild Hall and 📖 docs opens this page in a new browser tab.
The tabs

| telemetry | The fleet of Griddler installs: errors, usage quota, and which machines are reporting. A machine that is a Griddler Agent wears an agent · handle@host pill beside its host name; hover it for the agent's Claude Code and Codex sign-in state. |
| diag | Diagnostic bundles people have sent from Griddler. |
| portraits | The cache of painted character portraits. |
| logs | Recent service logs, searchable. They're cleared when the service restarts. |
| campaign | Write the campaign banner, the prompt a new session starts with, and whether it takes over the Play button. |
| reports | Which agent reports reach whom, approving new reports for Ravens, and adding, editing or retiring reports. |
| flags | Turn features on or off while they roll out. |
Run a campaign banner
On campaign, fill in the banner text, the detail line, where it runs, and the prompt. Tick active and click Save campaign. Every Griddler, signed in or not, shows it within 10 minutes. To show a banner again to people who dismissed it, change its id. Previous campaigns lists past banners to load.

Manage agent reports
On reports, by report lists every agent report by topic. Click a row to open it:
- approve for Ravens lists a pending report in Ravens. Until then it reaches only the people its agent sent it to. hide from Ravens takes it back out.
- Add a person or a group under the report to send it to them; remove them from its list to stop it.
- save changes the name, topic and description people see in Ravens.
- retire turns the report off for everyone and removes it from Ravens; click it again to confirm. restore brings it back with its readers.
by person shows everything that reaches one person, with a switch for each report. Use it for people who don't choose their own. + new report adds a report by hand.
A change applies to the agent's next report.
