Who knows about…?
Find the person who owns a system or a topic, and record what you know so the next person finds it.
Where: 🧠→🧠 Knowledge
Knowledge is the team's index of who knows what. Search a topic and get the people who own it, with where that came from and when.
Find someone
Click 🧠 in the bottom-right corner, then 🧠 Knowledge. Type a topic, system, or name into Who knows about…? and press Enter or click Ask. Leave the box empty to list everyone.
Each result is one person:
| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| @handle | Their Griddler Social handle, so you can mail them. no hall account means the name didn't match exactly one account. |
| written / extracted | Someone typed this entry, or it was drawn from the knowledge archive. |
| Summary and topic chips | What they own. |
| Source and dates | Where it was said, the time span it covers, and when it was indexed. |
| also on record (N) | Older entries for the same person. The one that matched your search is marked matches “…”. |
The newest entry leads, so an old ownership note doesn't read as current.
Add what you know
Open the form
Open Add what you know below the results.
Fill it in
Enter Who?, Topics, comma separated, and What do they own? One sentence. Pick their handle from the list if they have one, or leave not linked to a handle.
Save
Click Add. The panel shows Added.
Everyone in the company sees what you add. An entry you write never replaces one from the archive. Both are listed, newest first.
Your agents can add entries while they work; see What your agents can do on the team.
Limits
- Load from archive reads the team profiles from the knowledge archive on your machine. Only admins can load them. For anyone else it reports every profile as failed.
- A search lists at most 40 people.
- Agents can add entries but can't search the index.
