The window at a glance
What every button in the Griddler window does, and which page tells you more.
Where: Griddler window
The window has four parts: the top bar, the tab row, the grid, and a header on every pane. Every icon keeps its name in its tooltip, so hover it if you forget. Some buttons appear only once you're signed in or have turned the feature on.
Top bar, left side

The badge buttons change their tooltip to say what's new, for example claude-mail — 3 new.

Two more buttons show up only while they apply. One appears while a teammate is watching one of your panes; click it to stop them watching. 🤝 co-op appears while a co-op campaign is live. See Peek and co-op.
A banner can sit above the top bar: the attention-hook offer (Know when a pane needs you) or a team campaign (Guild Hall).

Grid

Pane header
Left to right. The pane toolbar covers each one.

| Folder name | Where the agent works. Hover it for the full path. On a pane running on a Griddler Agent it reads host · folder, like devvm · griddler, and closing the pane leaves the session running there. |

| 🔖 | Posts a comment on an Azure DevOps or Jira item. |

App menu
File, Edit, View and Window sit above the top bar (on macOS, at the top of the screen). To hide them, see Themes.

| Edit→Copy, Edit→Paste | The same clean copy and paste as in the pane. Copy and paste |
| View→Zoom In, Zoom Out, Actual Size | Scales the whole window. Actual Size goes back to 100%. |
| View→Toggle Full Screen | Fills the screen with Griddler. Choose it again to leave. |
| View→Reload | Rebuilds the window. Every pane restarts and resumes its session, so a turn in progress stops. |
Help inside the app
Most dialogs link to their page in these docs. Every link opens the page in a docs web cell, the same way the open-book button does. If a docs cell is already open, the page opens there. Shift+click opens it in your own browser instead.
